You are UNIQUE. You are different from EVERYONE else. You stand ALONE in your gifts and abilities. You and only YOU can shine the light that resonates from your soul.


Smile. Laugh. Love. Live.


The glow of your smile can shimmer over any heart, filtering in down into the darkest of crevices, and spark another glow that could become a powerfully burning flame in the world. The sound of your laughter can pierce even the most distraught heart and turn on a smile that could become the next light spreading hope in the world. The way that you love can touch a heart once thought ice and long dead of all emotion and feeling, and create a desire to step out into the world again. The life that you live can be the example that someone else needs to know that everything will be ok, no matter what their world looks like now.


There is something IN you that has tremendous power for GROWTH. Not only for YOU, but for OTHERS. Live your life as a shining EXAMPLE of what a MIRACLE is. Light up the world with your smile. Light up the heavens with your laughter. Light up the souls around you with your love. Light up all that you can with your life.


You were created for a purpose. Your life has a mission. Make the most of who you are and what you have and the time you exist in to FULFIL your destiny of “light”.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

ONCE IN A BLUE MOON

Whether by twist of fate or simple science, there comes to pass a rare day when the world seems different, people are affected by insanity or magic, and there is crazy sense of wonder about it all, this anomaly and beauty. Strange things can happen. Stranger things DO happen. But once in a Blue Moon, those strange things can captivate your heart and mind and seer themselves on your soul so deep you will never forget them as long as you live.

Yet not just on this day are memories made by events that occur, however means they come, for EVERY day is a chance to create magic that will last far beyond the reaches of time and space and light, so that eons into the future that magic can still be remembered as if it were just only yesterday. And once in a Blue Moon you are in a place where your entire being is alive with possibility, open to it all, because you are an illuminated soul, one with all.

So take from this day the vibrations and energy, feeling them swirl inside your essence, and carry them into the days that will be, so that the life you breathe and live is love and magic, transforming even the most “ordinary” day into something that will be anything but. Take that “once in a Blue Moon” and infuse it into the depths of your soul, and let your “creative” change to live on every edge and take every risk and find every sparkle that can ever make a difference.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

LIVE YOU

There are infinite possibilities inside you, endless potential that even you might not be aware of. You are an incredible masterpiece, with your own melody and vibrations, a composition no one can ever successfully imitate or copy. There is greatness within and surrounding you and you just need to let yourself BE and LIVE it, no matter the present, because the present is in a constant state of flux and you with it. When you just do YOU and focus on doing what you do best, knowing or not the next step of the journey, your action in faith is the catalyst that sets in motion the process that will bring you to the intended vision. You are part of a vision, an irreplaceable part, one that may not always be seen or recognized, which is ok, because you dance to your own tune and have a rhythm unlike any other, and it is only BECAUSE of your confidence in such knowledge that enables you to be. Believe in the process, trust in the vision, and continue to do what you feel in your soul and know in your heart to be your truth, for everything matters, action and reaction.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

HEART ESSENTIAL

The eyes do not see everything. They cannot “grasp” the unknown, feelings hidden, emotions cloaked, storms swirling, tears falling, laughter soundless, smiles iridescent, when they are not on the surface. They fail to discern what “lies beneath”.

It is the HEART, driven by the soul that “sees” these things. It is the heart that understands and empathizes, that grieves or celebrates with, that “receives” and responds to any energy emanating from another. It is the heart that holds the weight or joy of anything and everything.

You must learn to “tap into” the inner voice, your inner guiding system, to truly “know” things. We were given instinct for a reason and those who are not “in tune” enough with themselves to hear or “feel” it will never truly be able to live and experience life to the depths intended.

“Emotion” is not a “bad” thing when “used” the “right” way. It can open up life to us in ways we might never have dreamed, as we discover the beauty of it all and appreciate the small things that can make all the difference. Trust your heart.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

INSPIRED

Life is an AMAZING place when every new day opens up a world of POSSIBILITIES. Endless OPPORTUNITIES for GREATNESS abound and every experience can create more “magic” than might be fathomed. Every moment is a moment of INSPIRATION, from the glimmer of the sun on a dewdrop, to the gentle cold caress of fresh falling snow, to the smile on your lover’s face. EVERY moment is a reason to be THANKFUL that you are ALIVE to live and love and feel and share and simply BE.

Your heart is LIGHTER, your smile BRIGHTER, your eyes GLOWING with the JOY of reveling in the life you find yourself wandering through. The smallest whispers through your soul are those of PEACE and CONTENTMENT with where you are at and who you are allowing to walk WITH you. There are NO doubts or fears or worries, for you have RELEASED and let GO of EVERYthing that was “toxic” to you.

The smallest CHANGE in attitude and mind can make ALL the difference. HOPE fills your footsteps, FAITH guiding your heart, knowledge that your “instinct” will always lead you true and that there is nothing you cannot do. INSPIRED is your soul as it steps FORWARD, smiling, OPEN to embrace what lies ahead.

YOUR TIME HAS COME

The world opens on a NEW era! A new YEAR!  

A FRESH chapter begins. Your life story continues. Only now, what has passed has “created” a woman who knows NO limits and will accept NO excuses. She knows what she wants and she has NO fear in pursuing it or casting aside anything that does NOT have purpose. She has been “carved” from more than rock and ice, for there is now emotion and feeling free to roam in her soul, light and love reflected out from her heart, happiness in her being as she goes forth.

The darkness has PASSED and the path ahead is bright. She knows where she is going. She can SEE her dreams standing there for her to walk alongside. She smiles as she runs through the light with the true companions in her life, seeking to shine that light across every soul she touches, so that they too might be inspired and have hope and never forget that the brightest stars can only be where there has been the deepest dark.

Like the sun rising in the “new world”, you never know when she will come or what you might see as she rises, but you know that she WILL. With passion she will live her truth, because she knows who and what she IS, having come into FULL awareness of self, not content to let life pass her by, but LIVE it as madly and passionately and wildly as she can in all its potential and glory and wonder, every new experience forging new paths to wander.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

MOVE FORWARD

There are many people who have been and are part of our lives; some remain, but many are no longer. Still, there are those who linger on the outskirts, whom we know we should let go of and yet we cling to some memory of them, true or not.

It’s time to LET GO. It’s time to RELEASE any hold another soul has on your own and understand that no matter how much they mean or meant to you, they canNOT be that any longer. It is time to move FORWARD and you can only do that when you accept that your future is NOT your past.

EVERY person in our lives is a reason, season, or lifetime. It is time to acknowledge the reasons and to let the seasons pass, so that the lifetimes can flourish in mutual companionship. Thank those who taught you valuable lessons, ones that no one else could have made you learn, simply for the reason that no one else was a part of your life in the way you allowed them to be. Learn to love the seasons and understand that for a complete and full life ALL seasons must be experienced, not just either summer or winter.

Reason or season, those souls that have touched your own are no less “special” than the lifetimes; it just means that not everyone is meant to be a continuing part of your life story. Yet the time spent with you on your journey created its own memories, so cherish and remember them for what they were, instead of regretting what they could or “should” have been.

Every person in our lives plays a role in the evolution of our soul and being. Some spread darkness, only so others can show us the light. Some cause destruction, allowing others to instil hope. Some use and abuse and leave little left when they are done, making those that we come to understand truly love us all the more precious and appreciated. Every person builds upon the foundation of a constant “work in progress”.

All those who no longer have a role in our world we need to let go of gracefully, thankful for the blessing in having known them, hopeful that we in turn were able to be a valuable part of THEIR personal growth and a part of their journey they can and will never forget.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

METAMORPHOSIS

Metamorphosis can be a painful process, “trial by fire” with immense destruction and not everyone “survives” the process. Those that do are completely different creatures than those who were untouched by the flames; they who emerge from the fire have a new quality about them, the “difference” noticeable to all those who know them. There is a new strength that resonates beauty, scars that tell stories others will be inspired by, with a change in aura that reflects a deeper sense of self and awareness.

Sometimes the creature that emerges “looks” completely different to the one known in the lifetime passed. The fire often forges a new kind of creature, for everything not strong enough is burnt in the flames and that which is true pressured like a rough diamond, so that what has long been kept hidden might be revealed to the world. There is “magic” in metamorphosis and even though the creature that emerges from the flames is “new”, it is still the “same”, for the soul is still of the “old”, albeit having undergone its own transformation as it faces itself, choosing what to discard and keep.

Metamorphosis is often necessary, in retrospect a blessing to help bring us “into our own”, so that we might “see” life for what it truly is and understand the miracle of everything; that we too are such a miracle in the world and can be a source of light and inspiration regardless of our past. What we become might be something “strange” to others, even as it is beautiful, and many may dislike the change because it is not something they can fathom, but ignore them and let the “new you” follow the path that became so clear in the fire, so that you might fulfil the purpose resting on your soul.

Embrace the change and test the wings you have been given. There is “magic” inside you that was always intended to be released and the fire has peeled away the “fear” that kept it locked up tight, a new softness in the willingness to let your vulnerability be seen, a multitude of feelings and emotion escaping as you “step into the new”. The time of the past has passed and is no more; let it die with the fire and let the “new life” discovered in your soul be the one that you live and love, as you let yourself love and live.

BELIEF

Believe in YOURSELF. Believe that you CAN. Believe that the world is YOUR playground to run and laugh and grow in. We all make mistakes, but we all LEARN as well. Believe that EVERY experience is to teach you something, intentional or not. Believe that EVERY individual is a blessing who adds something to your life experience that no one else in the world ever can or will. Believe the BEST even in the worst, when the world seems bleak and dark. Believe in the LIGHT that rises in the new dawn, flickers in the dark of night, in your heart deep down, no matter how hidden it might be. Believe in your DREAMS and what you want to come true. Believe that they WILL. Believe in YOU. Believe in YOURSELF, that you CAN and WILL, and then go out and DO, for belief is a POWERFUL “magic” that helps dreams come true.

BEST DAYS

You may have had some AMAZING days in the past – days that will always be memories that you look back on with a smile in your soul. You may have had some UNFORGETTABLE days in the past – days that will forever be imprinted so deep on your heart that you will remember even at the most random of times. You may have had some BEAUTIFUL days in your past – days that made you feel so full of love and hope and joy that when you reminisce you can almost taste those feelings all over again.

But . . . The BEST days of your life are yet to COME!

There WILL be MORE amazing and unforgettable and beautiful days in your life . . . In your FUTURE. Those days are going to be even MORE wonderful than the ones you have ALREADY had. Not because they have yet to be, but because they hold PROMISE of the future, of what that future IS and will be. They give you something to look FORWARD to, even as you live in the NOW and allow yourself to be fully present in the experience of TODAY.

LIVE AND LOVE LIFE

Life is full of CHALLENGES. It is full of OBSTACLES. It is full of DISBELIEVERS. It is full of OPPOSITION. For every supporter you have, there is a hater. For every beautiful moment in time, there is a memory that crushes your soul. For every mountain climbed, there is a canyon to cross. For every star that is born and rises, there is another that falls from the heavens and dies in a blinding flash of light.

Do not allow the negatives in life to outweigh the POSITIVES. Do not let the moments of sadness overcome the incredible periods of HAPPINESS. Do not let the challenges prevent you from living life COMPLETELY.

LOVE life, no matter what happens. Love what you DO. Love the fact that every day is a NEW chance to start OVER. Love those who love you and never let a moment go by that is opportunity to let them KNOW how much they mean to you.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

HEALING

Let go so you can grow. You might have thought you had let go, your smile so bright and happy of late, before one moment happens that pulls it from your soul like the darkness snuffing out the light of a candle. Letting go is never-ending, day by day until your soul’s smile remains unaffected no matter what.

Focus on what will heal you. It has been a long time coming, a process you thought almost complete until that moment. Yet, you know that when you think of it there is no more pain and you can smile at the memories and that which once caused great hurt and destruction. Focus on you here and now.

Release your soul into the wild. Allow yourself to do the things you might have always stepped back from. Take the risks your heart might have desired but your mind always fought and so you never dared before. Free the bounds that might hold you back from experiencing all of life’s wonders waiting for you.

Live, play, love and let life. Let loose your inner child again to roam free without thought through the landscapes of life. See the magic in the smallest things and revel in the beauty of a simple smile. Let your laugh echo, the sound of joy and delight in the beauty of life’s surprises.

Trust it all to work out. You would not be who you are now without where you have been. You would not become the person you will be tomorrow without the choices you make today on what you will leave and what you will take with you as you step into it. Let yourself truly heal and see what miracles can happen.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

UNREPEATABLE

YOU ARE UNREPEATABLE. Not just for the fact that no one else can ever be you, but because, whether you know it or not, acknowledge it or not, there is something about you that has its own ”magic”. There is a magic about you that cannot be emulated or replicated by any soul other than your own, for it belongs only to you and you alone can “wield” it.

YOU ARE UNREPEATABLE. You have a light within you that no one else can hold or shine. Your light springs forth from the dreams in your soul and the hope in your heart, cast just the way it is because of everything that you have experienced and the darkness that it has had to manoeuvre around. Your light can never be lit in another soul, even though it has the power to spark alight the light of another soul.

YOU ARE UNREPEATABLE. Your life, although like any other life does, holds value, even though not everyone, sometimes even yourself, will see and appreciate that value, nor get a chance to know it. Your value is priceless to those who love you and you can never be replaced, and for some, you will be one of the rare treasures cherished forever in their heart and soul.

YOU ARE UNREPEATABLE. The words you speak, the way you say them, the sound of them on your lips, the song from your heart, no one else can say the way you do, utter such a melody as you. There is a magic about the way they fall from your lips and some will never forget what they hear as long as they live, and you may never know how much you can affect them.

YOU ARE UNREPEATABLE. Your life is an example, you an inspiration that others look up to, look to for guidance, for “light”. You are a motivation, even if you do not know it, and your life through your actions speaks volumes to other souls who might be needing the very thing that you are not saying. You touch more lives than you know, so never ever stop being you and doing what you do!

OPEN

Life never ceases to amaze. The longer you live, the more surprised you can become. It’s nice. Feeling happy and smiling for simply no reason at all. Or because of the unexpected blessings that you suddenly find right there where you once never saw them. It’s a wonderful feeling living each day as a brand new ADVENTURE, open to what may come, willing to give everything a chance, because you never know when something might become one of the BEST things in your life.

Open your eyes. See what IS there. See the POSSIBILITIES. Imagine the POTENTIAL. Not everything will become something or be an experience you might want to repeat or relive, but everything will TEACH you about life and yourself and that is worth it. It is worth it because the more you learn, the more you GROW, and the more you grow, the more AWARE you are, in tune with yourself and your place in the world, which can ultimately be anything you want it to be.

You can DO anything you want to. It’s about believing you can and being willing to take the risk and stepping out there and challenging yourself. Opening yourself up to potential failure, yes, but also a higher possibility of success, because success WILL eventuate if you stay with your dream and give it your best. The world is a playground for the dreamers, for they are the pioneers of this life, the movers, the shakers, the ones who refuse to believe that anything can be “impossible”.

Open your heart. Accept the people that come into your life, whether they are reason, season, or lifetime. You do not have to determine what they are in this instant, but know that there is ALWAYS a purpose for someone [or something] when it happens, even if we never realize it until eons later. There is something in every interaction we have, always an impact, whether we are aware of it or not, and the more intuitive souls will recognize “moments” when they are.

Life is a wondrous thing. There is ALWAYS something that can surprise even the most hardened of souls. There is always something that can soften one, make a heart smile, cause a mind to open, and dreams to begin again. Not black or white and sometimes not even shades of grey, but brilliant streaks of colour, like a kaleidoscope of intense and infinite proportions it can be once you are OPEN to what is and can be, welcoming each new day like the amazing blessing that it is.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

THE MAGIC OF BEGINNINGS

It’s the dawn of a new year, a new era, a new age. It’s the time for a fresh start, a clean slate, a new opportunity, a BEGINNING. It’s the moment to let go of everything that has gone before, accepting that it has moulded you in experience to be part of your testimony, but that it no longer has any power over you or in your life; no strongholds that it can hide in to ambush you at a later date. It’s the day that you EMBRACE the destiny that awaits you.

Your soul knows when it’s time, the start of a new year or not. It may have known for a while and yet you still found it clinging to remnants past, but now it’s time to walk AWAY from all that; everything that has caused destruction and despair and tears. It’s time to step into something NEW, full of opportunity and the promise of dreams, with renewed hope for a wish your heart has long held onto, the glimpse of your reality a dream no longer so far out of reach.

You KNOW and your soul rejoices, flooding final healing through your being much as the ocean washes over the shore and leaves the sand smooth and unbroken. The light that spreads through your essence is from the lifting of the darkness of everything that was “tainting” your soul - the burdens you took on that you should never have, the hurts that wounded you far more than you ever would admit, the toxic people you had let into your life - forgiving yourself and releasing it all.

TRUST your soul, those whispers in its depths, and know that it only wants what is best for you, instinctively already knowing what you need and what must happen for it to be. There is a magic in your soul that wants to be let out, given life with your first breaths of the new dawn and the aspirations that whirl inside your mind. Every “new” beginning is another evolution of your soul, one step closer to the ULTIMATE you, even as you always seek to become better and never should want to stop “becoming”.

2012 | Day 155: Dream TO Live!

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

Dream BIG. MAKE your own LUCK. BELIEVE.

If you’re not DREAMING, then you’re not LIVING. NEVER be afraid to dream TOO big, for no dream is “too” big, not if it is precious to your heart and something you hold close. Dreaming gives you something to look FORWARD to, a PURPOSE to work towards, a HOPE to KEEP going, no matter what storms life throws in your path along the way. Dreaming is the first step to CREATING yourself, for as you dream and ACT on those dreams, so shall you BECOME.

“Luck” does not just HAPPEN. It is CREATED. It is created by YOU when you work HARD towards making your dreams a REALITY. It is created when you have something so STRONG in your heart that you canNOT let go. It is created when the heavens conspire WITH you to bring your dreams to FRUITION. Don’t just “wait” for luck to happen. Make it YOURSELF.

BELIEVE in YOURSELF and in your DREAMS. Believe that your dreams, the hope in your heart, that it is all POSSIBLE. Believing is an IMPORTANT step to ACHIEVING. Without believing you have no MOTIVATION to act or create. You MUST believe. When you believe, you can become ANYTHING you want to be. Believe and CREATE yourself the way you WANT to. Believe in your POWER to ACHIEVE your DREAMS and watch as they UNFOLD before you when you step out and FOLLOW them.

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: I actually exhausted myself several ways last night, the last of which was forcing my unwanting-to-body to go for a 3-mile run, and slept for ~5 hours, which is something.

Energy: REALLY feeling it today.

Quality of Training: HIIT again on the treadmill today - feeling it in my chest and lungs, struggling to breathe at times, a knot in my medial right calf. Quite shattered by the time it came to doing anything ELSE, and was barely walking straight after finishing up Abs. Forced another 3-mile run later on.

Supplements: Used a serving of the newest formula of Assault today in Watermelon flavour. Smelt like watermelon and tasted like watermelon - pleasant and not "sickly" (as the Blue Arctic Raspberry had started becoming for me sometimes). NO beta-alanine tingles experienced today, which IS great too (I HATE them)!

 I DON'T want to "survive". I want to LIVE and make life the best I can possibly make it, be the best ME I can possibly be, make the MOST impact I possibly can! Live and make a difference!

If you have a dream, let no one take it from you!

Have you ever had a dream? Of course you have. We all have dreams. We all have goals. We all aspire to do and be something. Don’t we? If you don’t, then you should. Dreams keep one alive. They keep them striving for the stars, reaching for something, a never-ending quest to achieve that final success. If you have a dream, you should never, ever let go. Hold onto it. Keep it tight, safe, close to your heart. Let it be the light that keeps you through the darkness. Let it be the comfort on the cold and lonely nights. Hold it in your heart, your soul, your very being. Let it infuse through you, filling you, until it is all that you can think about. Let it consume you, possess you, and keep you driving forward. Let it be a guide, to help you find your way. Keep it ever with you, always there, never straying, holding you to something higher. Let it give you purpose. Let it stoke the fires of passion in your soul. Let it breathe life into you. Dreams are wonderful things, fantasies that keep men alive, and drive the very nature of the beast. Dreams are beautiful, precious. They are the wind that floats the sails of the ship on the furthest sea, the saving grace from death. Dreams give us something to live for, something worthwhile to keep on seeking, until we find that final destination, reach that final stairway to heaven. Companion. Comfort. Motivation. Discipline. Desire. Fulfillment. That is what dreams are. If you have a dream, let no one take it from you. Let no one tell you it cannot be done. Let no one wear you down and beat it from you. Dream and live, and live and dream. Always.
