Wrote so did m.a. plutus, “there’s a little bit of heaven and a little bit of hell in her. she’s like a glass of champagne with a shot of whiskey.” Heaven and hell undoubtedly coexist within her earthly vessel, but one begs to differ that she is more mere splash of champagne in a straight up double [or more] shot of whiskey. And while that smile may hint at heaven, the hell in her glows just as bright as former’s light.

Four years have passed since this shoot of gold. Each year it could be said, a ‘season’, now come full circle with each one lived. The first spring let’s say, with the beginning of her ‘heaven’ coming to awaken, new truths birthing within, to carry her forward. Then summer, autumn, winter, who can really say which year was which, for there was a winter, time of darkness great, and into hiding to it her soul went, but when time came to emerge...Though ‘Winter Queen’ her soul sings of summer, of waves upon sands gold beneath sunlight, the hint of woods and salt on the wind whispering by, coconut and sea invoking senses in a way like she, but not memory, stands before, life itself, and real.

‘Gemini season’ today begins. As then shot in nought but gold was she, so shall this be one that glimmers and glows with sparkle and promise of all that has changed in her and will be. And for those brave enough to withstand the sharp punch of whiskey, able to see past the superficial assumptions made of her, the sweetness of the champagne that touches after will be revealed.

Christmas is already well into back home, but barely just crept into right here. Whether there or here, with loved ones or in solitude, the spirit and significance of Christmas glows just as much as the smile thoughts of those loves cannot help but bring irrespective of presence, and light up energy like the brilliant golds or glistening blues of Christmas lights, beautiful in both summer and winter. Despite experiencing extremes in emotions with events since last Christmas past, being here in this moment, today, still breathing and fighting, means choosing to keep my heart and soul open, allowing such experience to create even more change and embracing new softness that now can be recognized more truly as strength. Taking it day by day, sometimes survived barely by that smile tucked away, even before this Christmas begins leaking sunrise into the world here, I choose to consciously continue allowing love, much like the sun during the day, to grow in strength and power of warmth and light. My wish and hope for all, even as day turns to night and leaves this Christmas behind, is that not only today but every one moving forward, will stay alight with the glow in the spirit of Christmas.

SOUL JOURNEY


Our lifetime is made up of many journeys. Journeys that make and break us, shape and mould us, past and present determining what we shall become in the future, the most important of all that of our soul, the path to spiritual enlightenment, the metamorphosis of our innermost core as we traverse the journeys of life. Each journey we take in the physical has spiritual ramifications and often affect us far more than what the world can see, turning our souls inside out, upside down, twisting and contorting it until we are not sure we will ever be able to recognize ourselves when we come out the other side of the purging fire.


Each journey we take and every person we cross paths with leaves a footprint on our soul, teaching us valuable lessons and to show us how significant we are in the fabric of the universe. Love and loss, success and tragedy, ecstasy and pain, are all tools of the world to touch us, to create the destiny of our souls, the tumultuous journey that will leave us tempered like the rarest and most beautiful of diamonds, born of the greatest pressure and heat, crushed beyond life itself and shining forth a brilliant light from an indomitable spirit.


With strength and purity of heart we will survive anything, our soul’s journey one that is never-ending, each step one step closer to becoming the highest being and ultimate version of us that we can aspire to.

CRIMSON [FIRE] GODDESS

Embrace the fire.

Hell is your purifier,

flames the change

lighting your path,

reforging your heart

through the pain,

crimson stain glow

seeping to gold

weeping through your veins

altering your soul,

perception now enlightened,

your inner goddess awakened,

new power stirred,

strength found and grasped

in the heat

of passion that

sets you alight,

brighter than ever

in this world's darkness.

You are

darkness and light,

hell and heaven,

death and life,

destruction and growth,

pain and beauty,

you all at once.

Embrace it all.
