2012 | Day 194: I Promise Myself...

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Purpose of Life

Life is for LIVING. Not surviving, but LIVING. And living is experiencing as much as possible, ALWAYS seeking to ENHANCE your life by trying new things, learning new things, growing INTO yourself as you become BETTER with each day. It’s about EXPLORING your world with the eagerness of a child, OPEN to new possibilities, new experiences, CHANGE. It’s embracing the new and letting go of the old when it is time to move on. It is keeping your heart and soul OPEN to receive the Blessings the universe has to offer and wants you to experience. It’s about taking everything to the NEXT level, never be satisfied with being satisfied, but always wanting to strive FURTHER, achieve more, evolving physically, mentally, psychologically, and emotionally into the person that you were always MEANT to be.

TRAINING

Day OFF

OTHER NOTES

Energy: None. If I slow down, sit down, or lie down, it has not been long until I pass out, and I slept for ~4 hours this afternoon, after going to bed early and sleeping right through to a "sleep-in" time for me this morning before my first client. NOT looking good at all.

Joints: Both my shoulders are extremely painful - just demonstrating a few exercises to clients today using 5-10-pound dumbbells had me almost dropping them in pain, and that is NOT a good sign. It's been 27 weeks since my shoulders have had a decent break and I cannot afford to take one right now - not sure if I can afford NOT to, either.

Overall Sense of Feeling: Not the best right now, but I will work it out - I always do. It may not appear as if I have had any issues over the last couple of months, but those close to me know I have been struggling in a huge way with several things. Only one of which is if only it had only been three DAYS instead of the SEVEN WEEKS that it's been since my birthday of being "bad" I would be ok - "if"; such a sad word and nothing I can do about it now but move on and do the best with the NOW. Only positive is that I have more muscle in my shoulders and arms as a result of all the bad - bad thing is pretty much everything else, from the fat gained and additional mass (some muscle) in my lower body and being in a state of perpetual discomfort and hatred of my body. But, all that is going to change again - and STAY changed, for my HEALTH! This time, I PROMISE myself!

2012 | Day 186: Do You See What I See?

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

Keep Moving

There are times in your life when all you see is DARKNESS - behind you, around you, in front of you, hemming you in, trapping you, making it hard to breathe, to see, to feel anything other than despair. Never ever think that you are ALONE in this experience, in feeling like that, because almost EVERYone will go through it at some point in their life.

However, you will likely BE alone when YOU go through it. You may feel abandoned by those you thought the ones who would always be there, isolated and misunderstood by those that should have known better, cast adrift without a rudder to steer your direction.

DON’T LOSE HOPE. Even if you can’t yet see it, the darkness that you’re in has an END. There IS a light IN it, waiting for you to get close enough to see it, if only the faintest of glimmers. There is ALWAYS a light in the darkness, a beacon of hope you can cling to, a sliver of faith that enables you to KEEP MOVING.

Whatever you do, keep making your way FORWARDS. Never backwards, for you do not want to return to the place from whence you came. You want to step FORWARD into what the future holds for you, the opportunities that were not in the past and can only be grasped by discovering them and stepping INTO them.

No matter what happens, no matter how dark, how bleak the present may seem, ALWAYS hold onto your Faith and your Hope, for this is NOT the end for you. You were not meant to perish in darkness, but live in the LIGHT. COMPLETELY, without hesitation and fear or doubt, surrounded by love and acceptance, at “home”.

So if you can’t see that light, if you can’t see that glimmer, BELIEVE in it and the future that awaits you and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!

Quote for Reflection:

TRAINING

Day OFF

Sleep: Went to bed in the mid-morning today - after running around work last night I was wired (despite being shattered and wanting nothing more than to go to bed when I went), and the food shoveled down around midnight probably didn't help things, LOL (have to STOP that, since it was OUTside my Lean Gains 8-hour feeding window - in fact, this week I have been doing more 12-hour fast/12-hour feeding window, just because things have been all over the place, but definitely feel better with the 16-hour fast/8-hour feeding window).

Energy: I feel ok so far, but going to take this day off training. Still have to work, but I get to do that in my own time today, which is nice. My body needs to calm down after this last week, especially since next week is going to be even MORE hectic.

2012 | Day 172: Only Heaven...

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Future

We don’t know what the future holds. We cannot predict it. But - we CAN HOPE for it. We CAN TRUST in His promises and have Faith that He knows what He’s doing, the way He’s moulding our circumstances - turning negatives into positives, fears into dreams, failures into opportunities - so that we can have nothing but the BEST. He ALWAYS has something WAITING for us, even if WE make the choices that might eventually take us AWAY from those things. After all, we DO have FREE WILL, the power of CHOICE, and what we do is not always in line with what He would want us to do. But, it IS our life, and we HAVE that grace.

We do not have dreams in our hearts for NO reason, so if you have one that CONSUMES you, then know that it is there for a PURPOSE. You might not know what for - and if you do, then more power to you - but when you DO, then nothing but good things can eventuate from its fruition, no matter how hard the journey there might be.

Even if we have a dream in our heart, it is not meant to STAY there. It is meant to be SHARED. You’re NOT alone on your journey to bringing it about. And if you have a dream, YOU cannot wait for Him to just “do it” for you - YOU must get out there and DO it yourself. YOU need to build the foundation, start the framework of your masterpiece, find the tools to help you, the people who will build with you, make the final decisions on anything important. He might place a dream there, or it might be OUR dream, born from the passion He instilled in us, but it is up to US to ultimately DO something about it.

I don’t know what my future holds. But I know what I WANT it to hold. I know what my heart HOPES for it to hold. And I know what I must do to get there. The journey is not going to be easy by any means, but it is one that I am WILLING to take, obstacles I will run THROUGH, chase away any shadows of doubt with the light of belief. Whatever happens, I know that He is looking out for me, that if my dreams are in line with HIS dreams for me, then there is an incredibly amazing and wonderful future ahead of me, beautiful and BLESSED and well WORTH waiting for.

TRAINING

Day OFF

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Didn't go to bed until close to 0300, but it was a while before going to sleep, having to get up for work a few hours later.

Joints: Shoulders still painful.

Body Composition: Same as last week, albeit eight pounds heavier (likely predominantly food and/or water weight, since my nutrition has still been hell this week). Have some more muscle mass in legs since been riding my bike around (yes, doesn't take much - something I am NOT thrilled about!), as well as in delts and arms (that I AM happy with - need to get THEM bigger and LOSE the mass gained in lower body).

2012 | Day 166: The BEST is YET to COME

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

Give Up, Give In, or Give It All You've Got

We all have ONE life. And we all have CHOICES to make. EVERY day. And it’s those choices that will determine the QUALITY of our life, because Life IS going to kick you down at some point, and if it fails, it will try over and over. No matter what remember that you ALWAYS have a CHOICE on how you RESPOND.

You can give up. Give up because it’s too hard and all you see are obstacles, letting what you want go because deep down you’re not sure you really want to achieve your goal, afraid perhaps of what will come if you DO. Give up because you listen to those small voices of fear and doubt that try and convince you that what you want is out of your reach, impossible for one such as you.

You can give in. Give in because you’re not strong enough to stand on your own, compromising yourself easier than standing up and FIGHTING for yourself and your beliefs. Give in because you think that trying is not worth it, seeing only everything that could go wrong instead of everything that could go RIGHT, the endless POSSIBILITIES for change and GROWTH.

You can give it all you’ve got. Give it all you’ve got because you KNOW that YOU are in charge of your destiny, that if you want something you go out and GET it and MAKE it happen, refusing to believe that an obstacle can stop you from achieving what you want to, knowing that it is WORTH the struggles to get there. Give it all you’ve got because you desire with a PASSION to make a DIFFERENCE, wanting to EMPOWER others to have faith and belief in themselves, so that they too NEVER give up or give in!

Quote for Reflection:

TRAINING

Day OFF

Despite considering Thursday a "Day OFF" because training was so terrible and I barely did anything, I DO need to give my body this day doing NOTHING.

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Another night of being wide awake when I "shouldn't" be and I didn't go to bed until close to 0300. Once I fell asleep though, it was another deep ~9 hours. I wonder if the pain in my shoulders is doing this, since my training the last two days has not been anything to induce such exhaustion.

Joints: Shoulders still very painful - left more than right, and I have to be careful with any flexion in the former. Considering applying NO Infuse first thing and pre-bed to both shoulders (instead of just pre and post-training), since it seems to alleviate some of the pain.

Overall Sense of Feeling: My soul is so light, spreading its wings again, ready to soar above the clouds, up into the skies where the lights of hope and life twinkle, looking in wonder at the beauty surrounding me. Thank you, Lord, for this Blessing, for giving me the world, something I never thought would ever be mine, making manifest the dream that has hidden deep for so long.

Other Notes: Being a parent is one of Life's Greatest Blessings, IMO, and when a Man Stands Up and Honours such a responsibility, striving to be a Role Model for his children and the Best father he can Possibly be, he deserves Respect. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to ALL THOSE MEN!

2012 | Day 159: I don't wanna feel like this tomorrow...don't wanna live like this today...

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

DO What You HAVE To Do For YOU

Life is always going to be full of things that we have no control over, no matter how much we wish in our hearts that it would change, or that people would change, and SEE us deep inside our soul for who we are and could be, and understand and appreciate what we have to give and offer. Sometimes the people we love the most are the people who we should NOT even care about, the people we should let GO of, because they are not the people who are THERE walking beside us through life, whether by some circumstances they cannot control even if they want to, or they simply don’t care.

The love I loved the most I lost before I even had a real chance to have it and know what it was like, taken from me by the one I loved the most because they did not have the courage or the strength in them to believe in something that could have been the most beautiful thing that life might ever have chanced them with. And even though I was ready to reach out my hand and step into that chance, I was pushed back and thrown down, cast away and let fall like a star falls from the sky in the deepest dark of night, a bright flash of light fading from existence, so fast that I wonder if anyone even noticed it was gone.

Some of the deepest sorrows we hold close when we need to let them GO. We hold onto memories and hope and faith when we should long have moved ON. We let it eat away at our souls, unconsciously destroying ourselves from WITHIN, until we are but shadows haunting this world with our presence, because we are no longer fully alive, lost and wandering, not wanting to find our way, because our way is gone from us and all that is left is the darkness that consumes what is left of our hearts, which are exhausted and just want to STOP and sleep and never wake up.

But that is not living, only merely existing and if we merely exist we may as well BE dead. Even though it hurts more than anything else ever might, we HAVE to open our eyes and realize what we are doing to ourselves, that life was NOT meant to be lived in darkness, our hearts not meant to lose hope, our souls not meant to be cast from the heavens into the pits of hell, not meant to STOP living, nor stop in our journey at all. We are meant to keep MOVING, moving FORWARD, because just because one person does not care enough about our soul does not mean that WE should give up on it as well.

We MUST keep moving forward, even if we don’t want to. We MUST do it for ourselves, because we know deep down in our innermost core that it is the BEST thing to do. It may take time as you grieve, to come out of the shadows, a mere whisper of life as you cautiously step back into the journey that is waiting for you. DON’T let someone else compromise your life and how it should be lived. Don’t let them take away your joy, your happiness, your ability to think and feel and wonder. Even if they are the best thing that could have ever happened to you, if they cause you to be like this, then they truly are NOT, and you must do what you know in your heart you NEED to do for YOU to LIVE your life the way you were MEANT to.

Quote for Reflection:

TRAINING

Day OFF

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Went to bed just before 0230 this morning, but although completely shattered it took me a while to fall asleep. When I did, it was deep and black for ~5 hours. Still felt drained of all energy on waking, but got up for about half an hour before going back to bed, passing out for ~3 hours, dreaming this time, strange dreams.

Mental Acuity: My mind has been on the go since the time I got up for good and I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I've gotten a lot done, alert and ready!

Mood: Interesting. Odd. Just a combination of everything going on.

Energy: It's this week's day OFF training today, so whether I have energy or not doesn't matter. That said, I KNOW I could hammer out a training session if I wanted to and are SO tempted to - the only thing holding me back is the fact that my delt/biceps' tendons are still painful and the day of rest might do them so good.

Stress: High - stressing myself out, and it's not the "good"/productive stress I either.

Libido: In tune with my mood at the moment.

Joints: Constant pain in both delt/biceps' tendons now.

Body Composition: 8.9% bodyfat - a loss of 1.1% bodyfat over this last week (yes, due to a combination of multiple factors, I was not very happy to see that I was 10% bodyfat last week, and ashamed with myself so much so that it's taken this long to admit it since I have not been over 9.5% bodyfat in over a year - now I am doing my best to make sure I don't go over 9% bodyfat again). My delts and arms are both still symmetrical re girths (flexed and unflexed) and are looking so much better than they were (yes, even from 10 days ago - so the quantities of calories I have been consuming has helped some here, if nowhere else) - when I'm training, the separation in the muscles is becoming quite noticeable, and I like it. Now to just get my lower body to behave and slim back DOWN - more sprinting and evening runs in training from next week.

Training: Going to continue on with similar training that I did this week for the next few weeks, since my body has responded well to it - just adding in a couple more evening runs, since they definitely make me FEEL better.

Nutrition: It's been worse than usual and has not contributed to my "physical" feeling. I've been constantly "hungry" (like I was when I was using G8), eating anything and everything, not caring that 90% of what I have been consuming my body is sensitive to, or I simply do not even like or want it. The low after the high, I guess. STOPPING that now though, because my body deserves RESPECT and to be taken care of, not to be abused.

Supplements: Should have all MY "staples" back next week.

Other Notes: The June 2012 issue of FitnessX Magazine is out for viewing - you can read it online for free HERE.

Overall Sense of Feeling: I KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO FOR ME. BACK ON TRACK!

June 1, 2012

2012 | Day 150: Your world can change in the blink of an eye

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Starting Point = DESIRE

Achievement is not accomplished from nothing. It starts somewhere. As an idea, a dream, a goal, a vision. It starts with a DESIRE. A spark that can just flicker faintly or turn into a raging fire.

Passion creates a burning heat that can’t help but fan that spark into a flame. Passion fuels the flame and lifts the wind that breathes life into it. Passion stirs the life in that flame into a fire. Passion stokes the coals beneath that fire, to keep it burning bright. Passion lights the dark night with that fire as the flames rise higher and higher.

But if there is no wind, no passion, only a mere thought, a wish barely believed in, then that spark will never become a flame. It will only flicker, maybe flare briefly, but soon fade and die, disappearing into the wind as if it never existed, not even an echo of a shadow in the deepest dark of night, forgotten and discarded for all time.

Is your desire just a faint flicker or a fierce fire? If you want something, TRULY desire it then you will give nothing but your ALL to ensuring that it burns fierce and bright for the entire world to see, to spread so much light that you cannot see the shadows, drawing others into its circle. When your passion is such, it will not go UNnoticed, and the world will turn and watch as you pursue your dream.

When your desire is raging fire, you will achieve GREATNESS, because such vision cannot be hidden, only glowing brighter and brighter, until it garners support, encouragement from all directions, to see it fulfilled.

TRAINING

Day OFF

Sleep: Went to bed even earlier last night, but woke after only three hours at 0215, and, unable to go back to sleep, I got up at 0309. Started feeling it at 1000, my stomach in pain and uncomfortable, so I returned to bed and slept for another couple of hours, waking feeling so completely sore, my limbs, especially legs dead and heavy, like I am walking around with lead inside them (my body is definitely paying the price for doing squats during Tuesday's photoshoot, especially since it is no longer used to them).

Mood: Sobered down quite a bit, the way my body feeling not helping matters. Reminding myself that this feeling in only TEMPORARY and once I get back "on track" I will be fine in a few days.

Energy: About as much as a battery on its last legs today - hence today being this week's day OFF.

2012 | Day 138: I break down even though I know I'm still strong

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

Broken Down to Rebuild Up

NO ONE is immune to tragedy. No one is immune to DESTRUCTION. No one is immune to breaking DOWN. No one is immune to coming UNdone. No one is immune to falling APART.

EVERYthing happens for a reason. Those times in your life that you think you cannot handle, surviving only to feel like you have been through the fires of hell, left with nothing but yourself, everything torn away from you, you know that you CAN. You know you are STRONG.

Left in the devastation behind, stripped bare of all you held precious, there is nothing but ashes and soot, a grey area to live in instead of the black and white, and yet there is still HOPE. For from ashes grow NEW life. From tearing down everything that once stood around you can be built something NEW. Everything broken and shattered inside you can be replaced with something BETTER and stronger.

If you did not like yourself before, or the life you lived, the people you lived with, you have a chance to CHANGE it. The circumstances might be extreme, but sometimes it takes extreme measures to facilitate change. Sometimes it takes the most terrible loss to realize what you truly HAVE and want to hold onto. Sometimes it takes falling apart, inside and out, to give yourself the FREEDOM to become what you know you are CAPABLE of being. Sometimes those circumstances OPEN your eyes to truth of yourself and your life, forcing you to make the decision of “settling” or forging forward to become what you WANT to be and do the things you want to do.

After all, the CHOICE to change is up to us. Sometimes the circumstances must be extreme until we can truly accept and allow ourselves to be weak in order to become the strength we ARE, to start from the ground up, building the foundation that will stand TRUE in all that we are, creating a being that we can be PROUD of.

Quote for Reflection:

TRAINING

Day OFF

On waking my stomach was so sore that I could barely walk, just wanting to stay curled up in the foetal position with the wheatie on it (which I did for a few hours). Decided to make today this week's day off because of that - no way was I in any condition to be training an hour after waking! Going to hit it hard tomorrow though, to punish myself for this!

May 13, 2012

2012 | Day 134: You can't run away from love...

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Greatness of a Man

“Greatness” can mean many things to different people. Not everyone is going to see it the same way as another and there will always be a difference of opinion. There are however, two things that truly contribute to how “great” an individual is: Character and impact.

Everyone is flawed, but just because one is flawed does not mean that they are not of high character. A person’s character is multi-faceted, but deep at the core of their soul is the root of their values. If that root is not founded on INTERGITY, then one cannot truly be great, for everything they do is going to be based on something questionable, and when one’s integrity is called into question, so is trust.

When trust is an issue, the impact is not always going to be positive, and can cause more harm than good.

“Great” people are many things, but their very existence ALWAYS has a POSITIVE impact on other peoples’ lives, whether intentional or not. A “great” person always strives to create an atmosphere of positivity, motivating others to have belief and faith in themselves, inspiring them to bigger and better things, so that their lives are as complete and as full as possible.

“Great” people are not always at the forefront of society, but they WILL be recognized within society for what they do, whether that recognition comes from a single individual or thousands.

“Great” people do not necessarily set out to be great. They just are or become great because of the integrity of their character and the positive impact that they have on others’ lives for the better.

TRAINING

Day OFF

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Didn't go to sleep until close to 0300, waking just before 0800.

Energy: I feel like I've been up FOREVER, quietly on the go since I woke up, managing to get a lot done today. Starting to fade a little now though.

Mood: My heart bleeds and my mind hurts for those I know are in that place I was not so long ago, and I wish I could do something to take away that pain, because no one should EVER have to feel like that...But I have been blessed with a small smile for something thought lost not being lost after all...

Joints: Left wrist has been aching since training yesterday, so much so at times that I have almost strapped it up a few times (and still might for a day or so).

Other Notes: My version of Lyle MacDonald's "diet" back in action for the next two weeks, and this time I AM going to be 100% sticking to it, so let's see what "magic" I can make happen, especially being back on track with training and able to "settle" in for them without disruption as well. I want to be the leanest and in the best aesthetic condition EVER IN MY LIFE at the end of those two weeks!!!

May 4, 2012

2012 | Day 125: Everyone falls apart...Inside I've changed...

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

You ARE Capable

Sometimes we look at ourselves and we DOUBT. We doubt that we can do what we want, seeing only the obstacles and letting our fears get the best of us. We doubt that we can overcome the obstacles, blinded by the now and where we are now and forgetting that the now is not what will be or has to be. We doubt that we have what it takes, forgetting that God does not place a dream in our hearts if we do not have the strength and tools to achieve it.

We need to STOP doubting! We need to start BELIEVING!

Believe that you CAN do it – you CAN achieve that goal, see that dream become real, be who you want to be! Believe that you CAN overcome the obstacles – they are only there to see how much you REALLY want it, to make you stronger and better, so that when you are finally where you want to be, you are the BEST you possible. Believe that you DO have what it takes – everything you’ve ever wanted, dreamed, or had a passion for comes from someWHERE, and you wouldn’t desire to achieve, see, be, or do those things if you didn’t have what it took to get there.

All your doubts as to why you’re not what you want to be, where you want to be, or doing the things you want to be are just EXCUSES. Get RID of those excuses and start BELIEVING IN YOURSELF that YOU ARE CAPABLE and JUST DO IT!

Quote for Reflection:

TRAINING

Day OFF

Probably NOT helping things re the way I feel and look right now by having today OFF, but I am having two days off ALL training this week, and today I decided to make one of them. Need it just to help me head, even if it doesn't help my head and makes matters worse re the mental beatings I cannot seem to stop giving myself at the moment. 'Tis true that the leaner we get, the harder we fall when it comes apart (I am definitely NOT proud of this week, but letting EVERYthing have a "Week Off") - I just have to make sure I can ensure another "miracle" over the next three weeks once I start training (and eating) properly re what my body loves and works for it again on Monday!

Day 86: Adjusting the Gameplan...Again...

MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE OF THE DAY

"Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared believe that something inside them was superior to circumstance." - Bruce Barton

TRAINING

This week's Day Off.

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: No more time for allowing this falling asleep and waking when it happens - SCHEDULE has to happen NOW!

Mood/Aggression: Disappointed after found out body statistics today, but knowing that something needs to be done about it and DOING it!

Stress: HighER.

Recovery: I feel fine after yesterday.

Body Composition and Look: 122.4 pounds at 11.6% bodyfat. Only a 0.4% bodyfat loss over two weeks - NOT acceptable, especially when training and nutrition have been on track! Just means that I have to tighten everything up even MORE - MORE cardio has to be done and NO consideration of even the minutest lapse in dietary discipline from now on!

Other Notes: Sometimes we all need lifting up. I love this song - it helps put life in perspective.

October 17, 2010

Day 288: Discipline in ALL areas please!

Training

No training today - my body is thankful!

Comments

Mood/Aggression: Very blah, "I can't be bothered" mood today.

Energy: Today is going to be a lazy day!

Mental Focus and Clarity: Next week it's time for all focus to be on STUDY.

Stress: Any stress I have, I am tucking away in a corner.

Immune System: Fine.

Libido: This is the ONLY exercise I'll be getting today!

Joints: Knees still giving me issues.

Recovery: My entire body aches today, so definitely glad for a day OFF.

Body Composition and Look: Not where I want to be yet - but I WILL be!

Other Notes: I definitely need to follow my training as planned, because doing this week backwards re resistance sessions has not been kind to my body. Nutrition has not been good this week, so at least I DID get training in, but it needs to be better and there needs to be no more issues. Think of this week as my 'easing' back into training after my week off - now you see why I do NOT like weeks off and why I refuse to have a complete seven days doing nothing anymore . . . I finish my third bottle of Alpha-T2 today. Also start back using MuscleGels - these are NOT going to leave my supplements staple arsenal from now on! Start CreaPure when it arrives next week - I definitely notice the difference when NOT using creatine! Been dosing EndoAmp Max at only one scoop first thing and will keep it like that And from tomorrow, I will be dosing Triazole at THREE caps daily: first thing, 6-8 hours post-Dose 1, and pre-bed . . .

October 10, 2010

Day 281

Training

It's this week's scheduled Day OFF - definitely required before I head into next week. That's not to say that I'm not going to have my active time though - about an hour's yardwork today.

Comments

Sleep - Time and Quality: Waking after ~3 hours, which is getting close to 'normal' for me.

Energy: I have been running around non-stop!

Libido: Let's get wild, LOL.

Recovery: My back has DOMS from yesterday's boxing session - it feels GOOD.

Body Composition and Look: Lost half of the extra weight I gained post-competition, and seeing deeply my top four abs again. The rest will be gone by the end of next week.

Eviscerate Smolder Notes: This is like the original Eviscerate in its staying power and lasting effects - definitely, regardless of whether you have showered or not, continue feeling the 'smolder' up to 24 hours post-application!

Other Notes: My week 'off' is now over. Tomorrow it is BACK TO BRUTAL!

August 22, 2010

Day 235: Day Off

Training

Been looking forward to a day OFF for several days now!

Comments

Stimulant Effects: None felt.

Metabolism: Definitely works better when having 4 caps of NeoVar Recomped first thing and last thing.

Body Composition and Look: Made my comments yesterday - "118lb at 10.7% bodyfat. So, made surprising progress this week.
