POWERFUL BEYOND BELIEF

Everyone feels the keen pain of loss, especially when it is one so very close to your heart, and whilst grief can overcome you to the point of breaking and wanting to disappear from the world, your spirit has a TREMENDOUS ABILITY to “come back” from tragedy.

Your spirit has an OVERWHELMING CAPACITY to love and forgive, so even if the one you love hurts you beyond imagining, the deep emotion you have for that person allow you to treasure the time that you had, instead of building fires of resentment and anger. The strength of your emotions for that individual could turn into something ugly, but your spirit is POWERFUL BEYOND BELIEF, and you have the WILLPOWER TO MAINTAIN the beauty that was brought into your life, the gifts that were unexpectedly received in the joy of knowing them, even if they are gone from you in time and distance and perhaps life.

Never forget the POWER hidden deep inside you, the STRENGTH that rises to the surface when needed, the safeguards of your soul, to protect and keep you, but not from the experiences in life that will mould you into a better being, a “higher” you, an ultimate version of the best you possible. Without powerful emotions, having loved and lost, we would miss out on a painful experience yes, but also on the opportunity to OPEN up our life and our heart to another, even for the briefest of times, and know the WONDER OF EVERYTHING encompassed in the HOPE that such happiness can bring to a soul.

You are what you ALLOW yourself to become, with your emotions so very powerful in shaping your thoughts and controlling your actions, so be careful what you hold onto, and if loss is something you are dealing with, remember that the pain eventually seeps away, even if it takes a lifetime, but the BLESSINGS of that love NEVER disappear from you.

Be THANKFUL for everyone in your life who has TOUCHED your soul and left a little piece of themselves embedded in your heart, for they are the gems that make your life so very SPECIAL AND IRREPLACEABLE, for no one else ever did, can, or will have YOUR spirit and the ability that YOU have to make that DIFFERENCE to OTHERS.

UNFINISHED WORK IN PROGRESS

We are all an UNfinished “work in progress”, simply because we will NEVER be done BECOMING. We will NEVER be done LEARNING. We will NEVER be done making mistakes and finding out how to FIX them. We will NEVER stop DREAMING and STRIVING to REACH those dreams. We will NEVER stop SEEKING to do ALL we can to make as much DIFFERENCE we can. We will NEVER allow ourselves to just STOP and give up when life gets tough. We will NEVER allow ourselves to crumble in the midst of ADVERSITY, because we know it will only create in us something STRONGER and more POWERFUL than we might ever have thought possible.

We will ALWAYS be working TOWARDS something NEW, something GREAT, something that will leave a LEGACY of HOPE and FAITH and BELIEF. We will ALWAYS be working THROUGH the pain and fear and heartache and loss that we deal with in life, to LEAD by EXAMPLE that life kicks ALL of us and we do NOT have to give it the power to destroy what we are BUILDING.

We KNOW we are CAPABLE of far MORE than we have done and can ever fathom, and we know that in order to BECOME all that we are MEANT to be, we must LIVE life and EMBRACE it with all its smiles and CHALLENGES, because it’s the JOURNEY that is going to REVEAL the TRUTH and MAKE us into what we WILL be.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

ALL YOU CAN

Whether you think it, believe it, or know it, or not, YOU have the POWER to make a DIFFERENCE in this world! Yes, YOU! Every person you meet, every situation you find yourself in, every experience you go through, is all an OPPORTUNITY to make that difference. It might not be a big difference, but even a small difference IS a difference.

Look at everything with the eyes of your heart. Whether it is asked for or not, offer assistance when you see another struggling, allow yourself to be the shoulder that a bleeding heart weeps on, be honest when the truth can be blurry. EVERYTHING you say or do makes a difference to someone somewhere, even if you never know.

We are alive for a PURPOSE, and that purpose is to do EVERYthing possible in your lifetime to make as MUCH difference as you can to as MANY people as possible! When you embrace that calling, then you become more conscious of yourself, others, and your surroundings. You become aware of your IMPORTANCE in the world, knowing that no one else can ever replace the gift that you give to it.

ONE DROP IN THE OCEAN

One drop of water in a puddle ripples to the edge of the puddle. One drop of water in the ocean creates a ripple that spreads as far as it can, and you never ever see how far it reaches or when it ends, only know that it spans far more than you ever might imagine, for the waves carry that ripple to many waters, allow it to touch numerous shores, and that one drop may end up in its existence seeing more of the world than can be fathomable.

In the same way, YOU are a drop in the ocean of life. You have more reach and make more impact than you will ever possibly know of. EVERY word and action has a cause and effect, that effect sometimes spreading and touching the hearts and lives of people you might never have thought it would. Therefore, be careful what you say, what you do, who you spend time with, who you allow into your heart, for what you surround yourself with becomes a PART of you; an important part that instigates desires and emotions that manifest as thoughts and word and actions, that in turn can create ripples of effect that make a difference in AND to OTHERS.

You might be only ONE, but you are more POWERFUL than you think. You have more INFLUENCE than you know. You are watched not just by God, but by man, and EVERYTHING you are and do has an EFFECT, a change that can be positive or negative. You want your life to make a DIFFERENCE, a POSITIVE impact that inspires others to a BETTER life and motivating them to be FULFIL their potential and become ALL that they can be.

A SINGLE DREAM

It’s not always the big things that matter. It’s not always “success”. Most times it’s the LITTLE things.

It’s the SINGLE dream in your soul – the one that matters more than anything else ever has or will. It’s that single dream that “carries” you through and makes each day worth waking up for. It’s that single dream that “sets” your footsteps for that day. It’s that single dream that you spend your life striving “for”.

Dreams are what keep us ALIVE. They give our SOUL something to cling to in the storm. They give us HOPE for tomorrow. They fuel the FAITH that everything will be “ok” in the end. Dreams are far more POWERFUL than any reality we might find ourselves in because they let us “wander”.

A SINGLE dream can spark a multitude of thoughts. A multitude of thoughts can create unlimited actions. Unlimited actions can make an infinite difference in not JUST your life. An infinite difference can have an effect beyond even the WILDEST imagining. The wildest imagining BEGINS with a single dream.

Dream a single dream but do not STOP there. Dream until you have NO more breath. Watch your dreams spark dreams and life into OTHER souls. Make a DIFFERENCE. BE the difference.

CHASE YOUR DREAMS

YOU HAVE DREAMS. You’ve always had dreams, some since forever and have never ever changed. Some you never had before, but were awakened within by the touch of another soul against your own, realized with a start, but then acknowledged and accepted and now held most precious of all.

The dreams you always had – these are what you have spent a lifetime working towards, so hold onto them, for they were not placed on your soul without purpose. CHASE THEM. Do one thing every day that will take you ONE STEP CLOSER to their achievement.

The dreams that were startled from slumber – these are the dreams that have sustained you in recent times, when you discovered that smile in your soul again. CHASE THEM. FIGHT FOR THEM with everything you have and DO NOT EVER give up on them.

You want your life to “close” without regrets. You don’t want to wonder “what if?” So chase your dreams - ALL of them. There is ALWAYS hope and if you still believe in your dreams, KEEP THEM ALIVE. LIVE your life TOWARDS your dreams until your life IS your dream.

2013 | Day 81: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

Your soul is a vacuum. It has endless space in which to collect things. It has boundless potential for dreaming, fantasy, and imagination. It has limitless direction for creating realities that the world thinks “impossible”.

NOTHING is “impossible”. ANYTHING is possible. If you BELIEVE. And have the WILLPOWER, the COURAGE, the motivation and the DRIVE to SUCCEED and see it THROUGH.

There is nothing that cannot be conceived that cannot be ACHIEVED. The soul is POWERFUL. Potential of your WILL is inconceivable. Pour ALL that you are and have into the “challenge” of a dream and see the impossible manifest.

Life is full of MIRACLES. It is full of WONDER. Once upon a time those things were thought “impossible”. But someone REFUSED to believe thus. They refused to “give in” to average thought and they reached for the STARS.

The stars themselves are “impossible”. But they EXIST. The world itself is proof that even from nothing SOMETHING can “become”. If you have a dream in your soul, it CAN be your reality.

NEVER let anyone tell you “no”. Refuse to give up, even if all odds seem AGAINST you. From great pressure and resistance DIAMONDS are created, shining brilliantly and perfectly, beautiful “example” of potential made real.

2013 | Day 64: BELIEVE

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

BELIEVE

You have a DREAM. NEVER let go of it, striving for it, your soul crying out for it, your heart begging for it, your mind pondering it. Never let go of it, even when you HAVE it in your palm and can touch it, wonder at it, smile at it, love it. ANYTHING is possible if you have the heart for it, the determination to drive for it, the passion to pursue it, the courage to chase it wherever it may take you. If you want it BADLY enough, nothing is out of your reach. The stars are not too high. The moon is but a leap away. The love that your soul seeks is only a heartbeat from yours, a whisper on the wind across an ocean, a butterfly’s kiss on the petals of a rose. You have to BELIEVE in your dream, in your heart, in yourself. You have to believe that it is POSSIBLE to achieve, to reach out and touch, to make tangible the desire in your heart, the thoughts in your head that refuse to stop. You have to believe that if it rests on your heart, it IS meant to be, the sunrise another day to risk and take that chance to wish upon the morning star, the dusk an opportunity to search your soul for solutions, the nightfall the time to dream the dream you want to become your reality. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE!

THE MOST OF YOU

You are ALL you have. You do not have anyone else; cannot BE anyone else. You can only be YOU. Therefore, make the MOST of you – who you are and have been shaped into, your life experiences, your heartaches and struggles, your triumphs and successes. Make the MOST of it all and USE it to HELP others make the most of themselves. Help them to see their POTENTIAL and nurture it; allow it to grow and encourage its growth. When we are all at our best and making the most of ourselves, the world is a BETTER place; we make a difference, one step closer to fulfilling our purpose in life.

2012 | Day 349: SPREAD LIGHT

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

SPREAD LIGHT

You can BE the light in the world or you can be the mirror REFLECTING the light of change that you want to see. Are you a leader or a follower? Determine what you are, because that will influence whether you are the light or the reflection.

BE the change you want to see. BE the light you want to see illuminated in the lives of the people you touch. BE the difference you want to make. BE the example you want others to follow. BE the one that CREATES the change, the one looked up to, the one who inspires POSITIVE effect.

If you do not have it within you to be the one that stands up and out, but you want your life to make a difference, to illuminate the light that is in your heart, be a MIRROR and reflect it out into the world, spreading the light of hope and faith that way.

You are stronger than you THINK. You have MORE within you than you believe. You CAN be the light if you desire to be. It’s YOUR choice. Either way SPREAD the light of life and hope and faith and change out in the world and MAKE a difference. Always remember, I DECIDE!

2012 | Day 343: SECOND CHANCE

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

SECOND CHANCE

Your life is changing in ways you never thought it would. You are in a place you never thought you would ever be. You have found a faith that you never thought you would need or care for. YOU are changing more than you ever thought possible.

Do NOT be afraid of the change. Everything you have been through was for a REASON. Every heartache and tear wrenched from your soul, every moment of pain and frustration and confusion, every feeling of hopelessness and despair, was all for a reason. Out of the greatest pain [often] comes the greatest GROWTH. Out of the greatest pain [often] rises the GREATEST and most BEAUTIFUL of souls.

You have been through that pain. You know what went wrong, what lessons you had to learn, even if the way you had to learn them was so drastic that you felt like your soul would be torn asunder for all time. Know that from the pain will come STRENGTH greater than you ever thought you could have, regardless of you knowing that your soul already has strength of its own.

Hold ONTO the faith that you have found. It will pull you through even the darkest of times. Never be ashamed to cry out to Him, to plea from the depths of your soul for help, on your knees in the most desperate of times, for He ALWAYS listens and He always ANSWERS, even if the answer is not the one that you seek. Know that the answer He gives is what you NEED, because He knows even before you do what your SOUL needs to survive, what your heart needs to be ALIVE, what your mind needs to be ENCOURAGED.

A door in your life may have closed, but there HAS been opened a window. It might be small, seem impossible for you to see yourself fitting through it at the moment, but know and accept that NOTHING is IMpossible with God on your side. NOTHING your heart dreams or aspires is out of your reach if you desire it with EVERYthing that you are, and with such consuming passion and commitment to making it happen, you CAN.

Have FAITH and BELIEF in YOURSELF, that you are stronger than you think and have far MORE within you than you might ever have known! YOU have the POWER to CHANGE your life! You have been given a SECOND chance! Make the MOST of it and become EVERYTHING He always intended you to be!

BRAVER, STRONGER, SMARTER

All of us have a GREAT capacity for courage and strength and intelligence. We might not think it, but we DO.

When you are going through immense change and everything in your life is topsy-turvy, upside down and back-to-front, and you keep GOING, head down, surging FORWARD through it all that is COURAGE. When your life changes so dramatically that tragedy besets you at almost every turn and you don’t know when the flames of destruction and pain will end, but you hold your head high and continue walking THROUGH the fire that is STRENGTH. When you have no idea what direction your life is headed but, coupled with what you know and common-sense, trust your instinct to lead you true that is INTELLIGENCE.

There is MORE within us than we could ever have possibly imagined. Some of us have just not yet had the life experience that causes us to draw deep within us to what we might have thought we never had. Those of us that have, whilst know the pain and suffering and heartache of such times, understand the NEED for them, their NECESSITY for personal GROWTH, and in TRULY knowing the desires hidden deep inside our SOUL.

When you see and ACCEPT those desires, you are called upon yet again to use that courage to step out AFTER your dreams, your strength to withstand any OBSTACLES that might want to hold you back, and the intelligence to know what to do when, so that you can ACHIEVE your dreams and see them made REALITY. Life is a winding path and you never know which way it can turn, so we do the BEST with what we have as we strive to become the BEST that we can possibly BE.
