"There is a darkness in me, and I have fallen in love with it." - Stacie Martin

"I liked it best when he took control...he possessed me completely the way I belonged to him and he to me and this kind of power makes you beautifully vulnerable in ways that you show your true self. He was my safe place... I loved him because I could be me in every way others never see." - N.R. Hart

"She was as wild as the night. Untamable. Fierce. A warrior surviving..."

I am definitely NOT the same Rosie now as "The Female Terminator" I was known as...That's a GOOD thing. But, she had her merits, and life has changed that "machine" into something else altogether. Something stronger, better, "balanced"... blessed. There is more SOUL than attitude in the Demon Angel Warrior Goddess that woke and walks now, even if she has days of being bare hint of one part or undeniably all, nothing and everything all at once, as only a true Gemini Goddess made of old soul "gold", dark moonlight magic, and wild gypsy heart of angels and demons can be...

ANGEL DEMON

While something about her drew attention in daylight, under moonlit darkness depth of that was revealed and intensified. And there in the darkness, horns and halo held no distinction, for she was both angel and demon, her angel with black wings and her demon pure beauty.

"she's the one with the angel eyes ready to raise hell...the flower with thorns that have since made her untouchable...the queen with warrior in her blood" - r.h. Sin

WILD DARK

There was a burning wild inside of her, and the first time she gave up complete control to let run rampant, thrilled her. The thrill enticed excitement, for the wild was Woman, whom she had always denied, choosing instead to mask with the armour of Warrior.

The release of the wild stirred something else inside of her, reckless and dangerous. Surrounded by death, she sought solace in the arms of a twisted angel.

In the darkness, she forsook her tormented soul for the moments of peace it brought, desiring the rare quiet of her mind that accompanied it. She could not have known that what initially began as a distraction from the chaos outside would become an addiction for the chaos inside and awaken the demon that was shadow to her angel.

I know I am different. I have always known. And I have always accepted. It has never bothered me.

My soul has never bothered me. The way my heart was even as it was not. The colour of blood pearl always [one of my] favourite. And black a natural accompaniment to the welcomed embrace of darkness.

There is beauty in blood. In darkness. In pain. In fire.

Inspiration is found in pain. Through twisting beauty. In splintering a heart through mind and soul and wanting to destroy to escape the pain. Through actions sought to numb all feeling.

We change. Or accept. And embrace. It all.

I have. I am. I will. The soul knows what is real.

Angel and demon. Inked representation of what resides within this earthly vessel of blood and bone. But not what can be explained through words or ink or touch or look alone. Felt through a soul that sings both and celebrates the demon that lets the angel survive.

THE ANGEL AND THE MERMAID

You think you are so fucked up. And maybe you are. I don't care. Because I saw you, I see you, as an angel. An angel who this mermaid came to love. Two very different creatures, from two very different worlds, but, if you look closer, share two very similar souls. And if some myths are to be believed, mermaids are not all beautiful, but monsters, demons. And demons are not all monsters, but angels, fallen into hell. We really are not that different. You and I. Maybe that is our attraction.

It is funny how much a single event can change your perspective on things. And it might not even be that particular event, but the happening of it part of a cumulative build-up of everything that has been going on, simply being the point that makes you REALLY stop and look at it all. Not just in the space you have been existing, but withIN, to the deeper, darker aspects of self that have been slowly growing and creeping closer to the surface of everything you are or have been, wanting for whatever sudden reason to now be seen.

Acknowledging the changes that have been occurring is more than the first step to acceptance. It is embracing them, no longer in the dark of whatever denial you might have tried to hide in, allowing honesty with yourself to open up possibilities into realms you have pondered but not wanted to admit you have desire to act upon. It is not just the "demons" in your darkness that have dwelt upon them, but your "angels" too, flying dangerously close to the surface of the edge that reflects back black wings of light.

The time has come then, to welcome the energy seeping through the rift of all that you have been, are, and will evolve into. There is unknown and potential danger, but you are no stranger to either, having lived your life's entirety in the comfortable embrace of the uneasiness of never being safe. Your life is not one many have ever understood, do, or will, but it is your own, and it IS changing, in ways even you yourself never would have guessed or thought a considering option even so much as a year ago.
