MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

UNFINISHED WORK IN PROGRESS

We are all an UNfinished “work in progress”, simply because we will NEVER be done BECOMING. We will NEVER be done LEARNING. We will NEVER be done making mistakes and finding out how to FIX them. We will NEVER stop DREAMING and STRIVING to REACH those dreams. We will NEVER stop SEEKING to do ALL we can to make as much DIFFERENCE we can. We will NEVER allow ourselves to just STOP and give up when life gets tough. We will NEVER allow ourselves to crumble in the midst of ADVERSITY, because we know it will only create in us something STRONGER and more POWERFUL than we might ever have thought possible.

We will ALWAYS be working TOWARDS something NEW, something GREAT, something that will leave a LEGACY of HOPE and FAITH and BELIEF. We will ALWAYS be working THROUGH the pain and fear and heartache and loss that we deal with in life, to LEAD by EXAMPLE that life kicks ALL of us and we do NOT have to give it the power to destroy what we are BUILDING.

We KNOW we are CAPABLE of far MORE than we have done and can ever fathom, and we know that in order to BECOME all that we are MEANT to be, we must LIVE life and EMBRACE it with all its smiles and CHALLENGES, because it’s the JOURNEY that is going to REVEAL the TRUTH and MAKE us into what we WILL be.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

STARDUST

Life is a miracle. Every day is another chance; every moment a whisper of heaven waiting to be discovered. Let it be unleashed within and without you.

Love is a blessing. It is the most beautiful and most painful all at once. It can lift us to the heights of heaven or the depths of hell. It shows us the nature of "beauty and the beast". It breathes life into us, even as it can "take away". It teaches us valuable lessons about ourselves and life. It is a gift to be cherished when had and given freely without condition. When it touches your soul, it changes you, whether you want it to or not.

Learning is a necessity. Every experience is an opportunity to add to your knowledge or apply things learnt in times past. You are never "too old" to learn and the day you stop is the day you stop "living".

Living is an evolution. It means keeping your heart open once it has been “unlocked”.  Even if it means experiences that break us so they can "make" us and it's often during the darkest times in life that we discover what we are truly capable of, growing in ways we might never have thought we would. Beauty from pain and illumination from destruction, the times in our lives we struggle with the most becoming the strongest part of our life testimony and that which we can use the most to help others.

So open your heart. See the blessings that life has to offer and give and He wants you to HAVE. Keep the faith as you have the courage to dream and CHASE those dreams wherever they may take you. LIVE life as fully and completely as you can while you can. Make the MOST of every day and never stop reveling in the wonder of life. As you do, create such a DIFFERENCE with your life that no one can forget you LIVED.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

STILL LEARNING

No one is perfect. No one ever truly becomes ALL they are meant to be in this lifetime, even though we TRY as hard as we can to attain the ULTIMATE and become the BEST version of us that we can POSSIBLY be.

No one knows everything. No one every truly stops learning, as there is infinitely vast knowledge on myriad subjects, some so obscure that to find one who knows even the slightest tidbit on them is rare, and we continue to our last breath to learn new things.

No one is immune. No one ever truly can say that they are invincible and never need help, for everyone has a weakness, even if it is not visible to the world, and everyone has a point in their life when they desire even a second soul for the minutest moment, if only to listen.

This life is finite, even as life is infinite. We can never stop learning or growing as we evolve into something greater than we are. We will always be surrounded by people, even as we cast ourselves alone at times, and loneliness is a reality for those even in the crowd, if only in passing.

Life is for us to CONTINUE, to APPLY all that we know, so that we can GROW into the most incredible of souls, surprising the world and BEING surprised by the MAGNITUDE of the WONDER in which we exist as such a tiny speck, as significant as we allow ourselves to be created.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN

There should be NO ONE else in existence that does what you do better than YOU, so OWN it! Make it your OWN! Put your personal SIGNATURE on it! Not just with your fitness, but in LIFE!

You are who you are for a REASON. You have a unique ability to turn the world into something wonderful just by being IN it. You are the smile in someone’s life and never forget it.

As far as fitness, NOTHING works the same for EVERYone. Everything affects each individual DIFFERENTLY. Therefore what you do should be for YOU, what WORKS for YOU, no matter what anyone else says or thinks about it.

LEARN as much as you can. EXPERIMENT with new things. Never stop seeking the next BEST thing, for your body NEVER stops CHANGING and YOU much change WITH it, ADAPT WITH it, CONSTANTLY be manipulating every factor possible to get the DESIRED result.

That’s how you make PROGRESS. That’s how you SUCCEED. Not just in fitness, but in LIFE! You make what you do your OWN, because it IS your own. No one else can be YOU or do what YOU do.
