6. Push-Ups (feet on floor, hands on DB under chest) 4 x 10

Comments
Mood: Waking late and then later again and getting up when my day should already be half over, play dreadful havoc on my mood, darkening it. I put on a smile at work (well, one of them), and sometimes the mask just comes straight off when I get home.
Energy: Some. Getting better by the day.
Stimulant Effects: A little today - only because I had my T-911 straight after my Anadraulic State GT pre-training.
Focus: There.
Endurance: Still needs oodles of improvement before I will even be close to satisfied with my athletic ability again.
Strength: Fine.
Pump and Vascularity: Pump got better as went along; very strong in triceps, despite the low reps. Vascularity will pick up as I get leaner and it gets warmer.
Quality of Training: Just ok.
Stress: High. High! HIGH!
Libido: Up and down, so that I don't know which way is up and which way is down . . .
Body Composition and Look: Still not the best. Hating it. Trying to console myself that it won't last long once I am TRAINING again as I SHOULD - amazing how much difference NOT training does for me, how much havoc it wreaks on so many aspects of my life!
Sides: None.
Other Notes: I am going to be changing up my training routine from next week. ALL and any training in the gym that even remotely works legs is GOING, because my legs are getting bigger and bigger, and they are NOT the areas of me that need more muscle. So, going to be attempting to slim them down, since they have grown quite a bit, on only a few days' training a week since I started trying to get back into my regular training regime again.
