Comments

Mood: I need to work on being more positive. Around people, I am all smiles, and by myself, it's like my dark twin residing.

Energy: Not the best on waking. After taking T-911, started picking up. Been a busy day on my feet since training . . .

Stimulant Effects: None.

Focus: There.

Endurance: This has suffered quite a bit over the last 12-13 weeks, and I am going to get back to where I was!

Strength: Fine.

Pump and Vascularity: Pump felt immediately from first set during resistance training (HIIT aided towards it, re skipping). Vascularity was fine.

Quality of Training: HIIT not the best. Skipping rope broke after the first set of efforts, so had to finish on the Gazelle (I'm NOT a fan of the Gazelle; I can never seem to actually be able to do PROPER efforts on it) . . . Resistance training was ok. Feeling my anterior deltoids painfully . . .

Stress: High.

Libido: Interesting . . .

Body Composition and Look: The extra weight definitely makes a difference in training - especially during cardio, even more when running . . .

Sides: None.
