Comments

Mood: Neither here nor there. A few depressed stages. A few smiling moments.

Energy: The Anadraulic State GT and T-911 have been getting me through training and my days - else I would still be almost comatose.

Stimulant Effects: None.

Focus: There.

Endurance: Getting better. A long way to go yet, though. Starting up Drive next week - that will make all the difference!

Strength: Hamstrings' day is NOT about strength.

Pump and Vascularity: Pump in legs from cardio pre-weights, and coming in hard after Alternate Set A. Vascularity getting better and better.

Quality of Training: Good. For the short time that it was.

Stress: Actually, unlike my usual high stress levels, this time around, my cortisol levels are exceptionally high - I am noticing it, especially in my midsection; which is far from cool. Somehow I need to calm the fcuk down!

Libido: Some.

Body Composition and Look: I'll make a note at the end of this week about it, but, although I have lost some bodyfat, my legs have gained over an inch in the last two weeks - the LAST place I want more muscle mass! NOT very happy with how my body is at the moment, and need a very stern and hard kick up the ass to get going . . .

Sides: None.

Other Notes: Next week, I am going to be changing a few things up . . .
