Day 148: Realizing that Change has to happen NOW!

HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min skipping
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec rest
c. 4 min skipping

Comments


Mood: Not the best.


Energy: Have had a headache all day. Energy not great, either.


Stimulant Effects: Not even the T-911 could get me in the game today.


Focus: Some. Trying very hard to keep it together.


Endurance: Needs to get a whole lot better (along with a lot of other things).


Strength: N/A.


Pump and Vascularity: Not much of a pump. Vascularity strong.


Quality of Training: Had no motivation for it whatsoever, even though I have all the reasons to be motivated in the world. Funny twist of fate,


Stress: I honestly don't think that it can get any higher than it is right now!


Libido: So many other things on my mind . . .


Body Composition and Look: I am the biggest and unleanest that I have ever been in my entire life and I hate it. I feel uncomfortable in my own skin and cannot wait until my training is back to normal, since that's what's has been the issue - not being able to train has affected me in more ways than one, including physically . . .
