Comments

Mood: Up and down . . .

Energy: Had some energy for training . . . Training must have tired me out - combined with the heat - and I passed out on the couch for a few hours at 1700, drifting since 1600 . . .

Stimulant Effects: None from Anadraulic State GT . . . Lots from T-911 re thermogenesis, causing excessive sweating . . .

Focus: There during training. Not a lot during rest of the day.

Endurance: Need more!

Strength: Hamstrings' day is NOT about strength.

Pump and Vascularity: Pump like WOW! Feeling it so strong in my hamstrings. Vascularity was good - want it HIGHER.

Quality of Training: Resistance training was interesting. I added in a few exercises I haven't done in a while. KNEES - they're pretty bad, and I can barely flex completely anymore; going to have to work on that. Thinking of stopping ALL Legs' work for a bit - since my legs do NOT need any more growth; they've gotten even BIGGER, if that's possible - and just concentrate more on areas where I need work, like shoulders and arms . . .

Stress: Higher than the highest peak in the world.

Libido: Picking up . . .

Body Composition and Look: AAAAARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!

Sides: Just the excessive sweating whilst training - the heat isn't helping; I HATE this heat, and especially the humidity . . .
