Initial Impressions of Anadraulic State GT
Smell - 5/10: An interesting smell on opening the tub, that I can't quite describe, which is nothing like the final smell once the Anadraulic State GT is mixed with water and ready to drink.
Taste - 7/10: Anadraulic State GT tastes what I imagine strawberry lemonade would taste like, if I ever had it.
Solubility: 10/10: The powder mixed well on shaking for a few seconds.
Texture - 10/10: Like fruit juice diluted with water.
Other Effects - 10/10: I did not experience any nausea, tummy upsets, bloating, etc. from the Anadraulic State GT.

Comments
Mood: Despite sleeping for a long time and waking far later than I wanted to, made sure to keep my mood light and positive. Today was the first real day back training after 10 weeks of attempting to train and being unsuccessful.
Energy: Not the best. Feeling quite dead and heavy during HIIT Run, but pushing through resistance training. Post-weights cardio was the best re energy, spinning fast.
Stimulant Effects: Did not experience any.
Focus: Concentrating hard during resistance training, finding the time going quickly.
Endurance: This is one area I definitely have to improve on - NOT training has made such a difference here.
Strength: Fine. I haven't lost any strength from not training, which is interesting.
Pump and Vascularity: Pump was reasonable. Vascularity was ok - got better as resistance training went on.
Quality of Training: Not bad for the first session back. A few disappointments and a few surprises.
Recovery: I feel ok - tomorrow will be the telling factor.
Stress: Highly stressed - as always.
Libido, Sexual Stamina and Performance: Could be better - the high stress and fatigue has kind of taken a toll on this the last few weeks, so let's get it back to normal.
Body Composition and Look: I am the biggest that I have ever been in my life right now, so not very happy - although I can blame no one but myself. Training makes such a difference in what my body looks like, so I am looking forward to getting back to being comfortable with my body, and regaining my health and fitness again.
Sides - I did not experience any sides (as mentioned above in my 'Initial Impressions'), nor did I experience any tingling from the Beta-Alanine either.
