Training

Cardio 20 min.

Abs/Hamstrings (30 sec recovery between alternate sets):
Alternate Set A -
1. Hanging Straight-Leg Raises (feet touch bar) 4 x 10
2. Weighted Rope Crunch 4 x 10
Alternate Set B -
3. BB Romanian Deadlifts (on box, BB/plates to floor) 4 x 6, 5, 4, 3
4. Stiff-Legged BB Deadlifts (on box, BB to floor) 4 x 12
Alternate Set C -
5. Weighted Crunch (knees at 90 degrees flexion) 4 x 10
6. Weighted Knee-Ins (on bench) 4 x 15
Alternate Set D -
7. Lying Leg Curls 4 x 10, 10, 8, 6
8. BB Good Mornings 4 x 12

Post-Weights Cardio 40 min.

Stretch 20 min.



Comments

Mood: Been ok today - got my training in (albeit not quite in the order planned), and worked, and had a full and busy day. Came home from work to find a package with lots of goodies in it, so that made me smile.

Energy: Anadraulic State GT is actually giving me some energy - the carbohydrates in it helps a bit, as it did with the original version. Energy started waning towards the end of my shift at work, though.

Stimulant Effects: None. Energy was smooth.

Focus: It HAD to be there; no excuses.

Endurance: Here and there - I'm finding myself not wanting to do much more than 20 minutes of cardio pre-weights (and I NEED to).

Strength: Good - although this day's session is NOT about strength, but about getting that STRETCH in my hamstrings.

Pump and Vascularity: Pump was like wow in my hamstrings - no mistaking that; and didn't take long to get it either. Vascularity was good.

Quality of Training: Training was overall very good. I was pleased with it. Definitely feels good to be training again.

Recovery: I am fine after yesterday. Feeling my hamstrings a little from this morning, though.

Stress: High on the radar.

Libido, Sexual Stamina and Performance: Been too busy.

Body Composition and Look: Just got to keep reminding myself that now that I am training again, I will return to 'normal' for me pretty quickly.

Supplements

From tomorrow, I will also be adding T-911 into my stack, dosing 1 tab 30 min pre-training (with a second possible tab later in the day) . . . I'll also be trying out Anadraulic Pump here and there on different days . . .
