REFLECTION OF WHERE I'M AT
Ok, so the last 10 weeks have been somewhat of a disaster, and very deja vu of last year (and it's around the same time too, albeit a month later), when I broke my left wrist in two places and planes and was out of commission for 8-10 weeks. Back then, I didn't train because I couldn't - my left wrist was in such agony, that even moving it made me want to SCREAM. Now, I haven't been training because I haven't been able to due to fatigue. Well, I've had enough of fatigue kicking my butt - it's time for me to TAKE MY LIFE BACK! It's time to declare war on Adrenal and Chronic Fatigue, and drive them back into their own lands, and leave me to rule my kingdom alone!
SUPPLEMENTS
I haven't been using any stimulants of any sort - in supplements or otherwise - for the last 4-6 weeks, and that has been another small hell - my body is going to WELCOME them back with open arms, I can guarantee that!
Anadraulic State GT
In another couple of weeks, as promised, I will be starting BLACK CATS again, and adding in Drive, RPM, and FREE TEST . . . In the meantime, I am going to be using Anadraulic State GT - one scoop 60 min pre-resistance training and 1 scoop immediately post-resistance training (on training days), and 1 scoop first thing (on non-training days) - to give me a kickstart back into training. I used the original Anadraulic State last year - you can read about my experience at http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/130068-female-terminator-takes.html - and absolutely loved it. I was a little leaner back then, and it only lasted me 16 days, so I'm going to try and make this new tub last a bit longer than that.
So, bring on tomorrow - I'm ready to give myself a BEATING!
