Comments
Sleep - Time and Quality: Was shattered as when I woke this morning, and went easily back to sleep for almost another two hours.
Mood/Aggression: Good.
Energy: I have it.
Mental Focus and Clarity: I have to cram a 9-week assessment into THREE weeks - GOT to be on the ball ALL the time!
Stress: High.
Libido: Still raging.
Joints: Erase must not be as strong as Triazole as an AI (although it has other very beneficial effects I desire), since my joints have actually gradually been getting better since using it.
Endurance: Fine.
Strength: Better than before my week off!
Pump: Pretty much from the start, with pump in triceps painful after Superset B.
Vascularity: Great.
Quality of Training: HIIT was good. Very thirsty during . . . Resistance training was great. I cut down my recovery period after Close-Grip Pull-Ups superset from three to one minute - which is a HUGE deal for me, and my strength was NOT affected . . .
Recovery: For some reason, my hips, glutes, and legs are feeling like they have DOMS - must be from my HIIT Run on Tuesday, because I can't think of too much else that might have caused it.
Question of the Day
If you could go back and change time, what would you do differently?
