MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

BREATHE

Take a deep breath. Centre yourself. Calm your beating heart. Breathe again.

We all have days when we feel tired and overwhelmed. It happens. It’s called life. Breathe.

The tiredness will pass. Eliminate the overwhelming by taking care of yourself. Breathe.

Rest. Take the day for you. Choose to allow yourself not to be rushed. Give yourself time to recover.

You are only human. Accept it. Refocus and find your peace. BREATHE.
