Day 342: Photoshoot Motivation

Training

Cardio 20 min.

Gym - Arms (30 sec recovery between supersets/trisets):
Superset A -
1. Close-Grip Pull-Ups 4 x 20, 12, 10, 8
2. Bicep Curls 4 x 10
Superset B -
3. Dips 4 x 6
4. Tricep Push-Downs 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
Triset -
5. Cable Bicep Curls 2 x 10
6. Alternate Hammer Curls 2 x 10 per side
7. Close-Grip Flat BB Bench Press 2 x 10

Post-Weights Cardio 20 min.

Stretch 24 min.

Sleep - Time and Quality: Still taking FOREVER to fall asleep, and not sleeping for very long (which is ok).

Mood/Aggression: Being POSITIVE.

Energy: Definitely there!

Stress: Working on ways to decrease it and focus on something ELSE.

Libido: Out of this world!

Endurance: Fine.

Strength: More reps than this session last week.

Pump: Extremely painful in biceps after Close-Grip Pull-Ups and in triceps after Tricep Push-Downs.

Quality of Training: Short, hard, and INTENSE.

Other Notes: Preparing myself for next year . . . And since I still can't seem to get back into a consistent training groove and schedule, I am setting up some photoshoots for early next year to help re motivation (because, yes, I am struggling with it right now, with training seems so much like a job that I'd rather not be doing, and I want to be back in love with it!), so that I HAVE to be back on track AND actually be SUCCESSFUL with a few weeks of dieting . . .
