1. Behind-the-neck BB Military Press 4 x 5
2. Plate Hammer Raises 4 x 5
Superset B -
3. Bicep Curls 4 x 10
4. Incline Dips 4 x10
Superset C -
5. Reverse Rows (feet on bench) 4 x 18, 8, 6, 5
6. Flat BB Bench Press 4 x 10, 8, 6, 5
Superset D -
7. Single-Leg Deadlifts 4 x 10 per side
8. Jump Squats 4 x 5
Superset E -
9. V-Sit (on bench) 4 x 15
10. Bicycle 4 x 20

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~5 hours. My body has settled into an interesting sleeping schedule - probably more to do with my night work hours and coming home to stud

Energy: Got a lot of 'nervous' energy today.

Endurance: Great.

Strength: Better than this session last week - which is what I want.

Quality of Training: HIIT was good - preferably still need to be sprinting, though . . . Resistance training was good. Painful at times. Started getting down on myself towards the end, but soldiered on through - now is NOT the time to start hating more . . .
