Day 340: Erase Again!

Training

Cardio 20 min.

Gym - Shoulders (30 sec recovery between supersets/trisets):
Superset A -
1. Behind-the-neck BB Military Press 4 x 8
2. Lateral Raises 4 x 12
Superset B -
3. Seated BB Military Press 4 x 8
4. Hammer Raises 4 x 8
Triset -
5. Clean and Press 2 x 12
6. Single-Arm Lateral Raises 2 x 12 per arm
7. Seated Bent Over Rear Raises 2 x 12

Post-Weights Cardio 20 min.

Stretch 28 min.

Comments

Sleep - Time and Quality: Unable to sleep for hours, and then passed out at ~0600 for a few.

Mental Focus and Clarity: Finished my last assessments last night - well ahead of schedule, which is a relief.

Endurance: Fine.

Strength: Added 5 pounds to my main lifts from last week.

Quality of Training: Cardio was easy . . . Resistance training HURT . . .
