Training

HIIT Cardio:

a. 4 min jogging

b. 26 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy

c. 6 min jogging

Stretch 20 min.


Comments

Mood/Aggression: I was in a decent mood before I went to work. Afterwards, well . . .

Energy: Definitely had energy today - had to have!

Mental Focus and Clarity: There.

Stress: HighER than HIGH!

Libido: Barging through the door and demanding attention!

Endurance: Speed endurance was a whole lot better today - really noticed the difference with this session.

Vascularity: Good.

Quality of Training: HIIT was pretty good. Running, which is how I prefer it to be, and what my body responds best to (next to cycling). Was surprised that I was able to keep going with my efforts, instead of requiring sets to be done. . .

Recovery: Excellent!

Other Effects: Felt the beta-alanine tingles for like a minute not long after dosing ASGT today, which is interesting, since I haven't had them until now.
