Day 207: Last week training like this

Training

HIIT Cardio:

a. 4 min easy

b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy

c. 8 x 60 sec effort/20 sec easy

d. 1 x 1 min effort

e. 4 min easy

Stretch 20 min.


Comments

Sleep - Time and Quality: Not been sleeping well the last few days, my body resorting back to disturbed patterns.

Mood/Aggression: Pretty good today.

Energy: Actually, I passed out on the couch for a while towards the end of a movie this afternoon . . .

Libido: Give me now! LOL

Endurance: Good.

Pump: Legs.

Vascularity: Strong for a bit and then faded.

Quality of Training: HIIT was good. Quite lightheaded after the second set of efforts . . .

Recovery: Need more perhaps?

Other Notes: Tomorrow is my last week using this training programme. From the start of August, I will be increasing my training volume back up to Maintenance, and starting two a day sessions . . . On another note, in a few weeks I'll have my bike (and possibly boxing gear) here, so I will be able to utilize those training modes re cardio - looking forward to that!
