2012 | Day 241: DEFINE YOURSELF!


MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

DEFINE YOURSELF!

What are you? WHO are you? What DEFINES you?

Do you hold yourself to a higher purpose, your character so deeply imbued in all you do that no one can mistake what you stand for, your actions speaking of who you are? Or are you letting others dictate what you are doing with your life and who you are?

Don’t let anyone else tell you what to do and who you are. Only YOU know who you are - anyone who thinks they do only THINK they do. So stand UP and be strong. Stand up and be YOU. Take back the power and make it clear that YOU DEFINE YOU! No one else has that right!

Define YOURSELF! Don’t let anyone else do it for you (because believe me, they WILL try)!

It’s YOUR decision! YOUR CHOICE! Your LIFE!

TRAINING

Monday - Shoulders

Tuesday - Arms

Wednesday - Abs/Hamstrings

Thursday - Full-Body

Friday - Shoulders/Arms/Abs

Saturday - Run 3 miles

Sunday - Day OFF

OTHER NOTES

Joints: Shoulders have been pretty bad this week. Right wrist has been playing up as well. Hips not started niggling until near the end of the week. Knees having some issues with.

Training: Because of not being able to get up in the morning early as I was a couple of weeks ago (and how I want and NEED to be ALL the time!) and work, training this week has not been as it should have been, with pretty much ONLY my resistance session completed, albeit not all as they are usually scheduled either, almost like a bit of a "catch-up" week, with shorter sessions except for Full-Body (which still took the full hour). Body almost felt like it "needed" the "easier"/deload week as well, joint issues very apparent, especially since started using the TRX more in training.

Supplements: Started using AnaBeta again on Friday.

Other Notes: The long-awaited photoshoot for Iron Asylum with Jerry Beck and the magical team of Tony Mitchell and Dominique Vien is next Saturday, so looking forward to that!
