QUOTE OF THE DAY
"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream." - C. S. Lewis
MUSIC VIDEO OF THE DAY
Three Days Grace - World So Cold
TRAINING
Unexpected happenings meant that my training did not happen at the time planned and prepared for this morning, and by the time it was all over, I figured it more convenient to let my body have today as this week's day off and do today's training tomorrow (means every day will be one 'behind', but as long as it gets DONE, it's ok).
COMMENTS
Sleep - Time and Quality: Slightly longer at ~8 hours. Woke a little out of it, but fine after being up for ~30 minutes.
Mood/Aggression: Interesting . . .
Energy: Lots of nervous energy - I can barely stay still . . . Can barely stop shivering either (even though I'm not cold)
Mental Focus and Clarity: My body may have the day off, but my mind does NOT - nothing but game face, baby!
Stress: SOARING!

Recovery: Minor aches and pains here and there.
Other Notes: It was a 16-hour work day yesterday
catching up on everything, working on and implementing new ideas and improvements. That's my days off training for you, LOL, and I only stopped when I started falling asleep at the keyboard
On that note, I finally got a list of all my logs and products reviews up (figured it was about time that I had a resource to refer to more quickly): Rosie's Supplement Logs and Reviews (you wouldn't know that until February 2008, I didn't really use anything but the basic staples - not even that - and this is by no means a comprehensive list of every product I have used since I did my first sponsored Applied Nutriceuticals log!) Also added a page of my Favourite and Top Supplements.
FIT TIP OF THE DAY
For those obsessed with scale weight, remove your focus from that and look at your BODY COMPOSITION instead. Scale weight is IRrelevant and fluctuates from day to day, as well as DURING a day. Body composition is a much better indicator of where your figure/physique is at.
