Sleep - Time and Quality: Even though I got 8 hours sleep, I feel like I've had NONE . . .
Mood/Aggression: And my aggression keeps rising (I'm being unbelievably well controlled).
Energy: I have nothing today, like a robot going through the motions.
Stimulant Effects: None - perhaps I've had too MANY stims (if there is such a thing?!)
Quality of Training: Just a leisurely cardio session today - tomorrow is BURN time!
