COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~6 hours. Broken sleep, but restful.

Mood/Aggression: Great mood today! June is going to be an AWESOME month!

Energy: I used a scoop of Maniac today instead of Assault and energy was smooth, controlled, focused, without any crash.

Mental Focus and Clarity: There.

Endurance: Great.

Pump: Strong.

Vascularity: I did some posing practice in my recovery periods towards the end of my resistance session, and vascularity was like, "wow - I want that for competition and ALL the time!"

Quality of Training: HIIT was great. Actually, the time passed so quickly that I ended up doing closer to 30 seconds for most of my sprints (so not a lot of recovery time before the next one) . . . Resistance session was also great. Really enjoyed it. The longer and shorter sessions make a huge difference. Loved the definition, hardness, and vascularity when training . . .

Body Composition and Look: 110 pounds at 8.9% bodyfat! A loss of 1.1% bodyfat and it's not even been a WEEK since my body composition was last checked - this is AWESOME and I'm sure that I can make it a 1.2-1.3% loss by the end of the week! Arms are definitely looking better. Legs are also leaning up, as well as hips starting to pop more. The change in nutrition and training over the last week has made a HUGE difference, so I am going to STICK with this for the next 6-7 weeks!

Other Notes: I will run out of Shred Matrix on Sunday. I need to get some more, but it will probably do my body a little good to have a week off it, since I have not had time off it since the start of the year.
